Returns and Product Exchange

The costs of returning or exchanging goods due to a product defect are covered by Old Hills. We will replace the returned goods at your request or refund the money to your account.

**Product Exchange**
The customer can file a complaint about the product via the email address  info@piratesheep.store and send it to the address, Ivana Granđe 41, 43000 Bjelovar. If the reason for the exchange is damaged or faulty goods, the exchange will be covered by Old Hills. If the exchange is due to the customer's preference, the customer sends the goods at their own expense.

The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations under the jurisdiction of the delivery service, but will, in agreement with them, provide the best possible service to each customer. If the customer notices any damage upon receiving the goods, they are obliged to immediately file a complaint with the courier and report it in writing to the email address:  info@piratesheep.store.

**Right to Cancel an Order**
Both the Merchant (Old Hills) and the Customer have the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, with a refund of previously paid funds. If the Merchant (Old Hills) is unable to deliver the paid goods for any reason, the customer will be offered a replacement product, and if the customer does not want it, the funds paid will be fully refunded to the customer.

If the customer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days.

If the customer decides to cancel the order after the goods have been sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the returned goods from the customer, less the delivery costs.

The customer can only be an adult person capable of performing legal acts. Persons with partial legal capacity can conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The seller will not be responsible for any action contrary to this provision.

Contract Conclusion Process
The business conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, particularly the provisions related to Distance Contracts.

Purchases are made on the website www.piratesheep.store by filling out the provided form. When filling out the form, the Customer is required to enter all necessary information. The purchase can only be completed with confirmation that the Customer has previously read and understood the General Terms and Conditions, agrees with them, and is aware that this is an order with an obligation to pay.

Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Old Hills is not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary for accessing the service. The Customer will be notified by email about the order confirmation and package shipment.

If Old Hills is unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, the Customer will be contacted by an Old Hills representative by phone or email to arrange the delivery of a replacement product or the possible cancellation of the ordered product.

Purchases are made by ordering available products that the Customer selects based on the photo and basic description. Photos are illustrative and do not always correspond to the available products in all details. Purchases are made in several simple steps, from anywhere in the world.

Product search is possible according to various criteria. By entering a specific term in the "Search" bar, products related to the specified term will appear. The Customer can select a particular product they are interested in and read the available product description to independently decide if the product meets their needs. The Customer selects products from the Old Hills product catalog, which is organized by product types and collections.

Product ordering is done electronically. By clicking on the "Add to cart" icon, the selected product is added to the cart. Placing products in the cart does not reserve, order, or purchase the product. The Customer can continue adding products by clicking on "Continue shopping" or complete the product selection process by clicking on "Proceed to checkout." By clicking on "Proceed to checkout", the Customer has the option to enter a gift voucher or coupon if they have one. When the Customer completes the product selection process, clicking on "Proceed to checkout" will redirect them to the page where they choose the payment method, delivery method, enter a gift voucher or coupon if they have one, and add notes. It is not possible to continue the purchase without selecting the option "I have read and agree with the Terms of Use and the website Terms", which confirms that the Customer has read and understood these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions are prior notices and apply to the conclusion of the sales contract if the Customer is a consumer or any natural person who enters into a legal transaction or acts on the market outside their trade, business, craft, or professional activity, and if the contract is concluded between the trader and the consumer within an organized system of sale or provision of services without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer in one place, using only one or more means of remote communication.

Means of remote communication are all means that can be used for concluding a distance contract without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, such as the internet and email.

The seller may terminate the sales contract if the Customer does not pay the purchase price and is not obliged to deliver the product until the purchase price is received unless the Customer has chosen the cash on delivery payment method. If for any reason the Customer does not accept the shipment and returns it to the seller, the seller will not attempt further deliveries.

If the Customer does not receive the paid ordered products within 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the payment or 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the conclusion of the sales contract with agreed payment on delivery, they are obliged to inform Old Hills at the email address info@piratesheep.store.
