Returns and Product Exchange According to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of remote purchases (when the goods are not personally picked up but sent via a delivery service), you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or from the delivery of the last product in the order. In the event of a unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act. After returning the goods, we will refund the amount paid for the goods. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you announced the unilateral termination of the contract. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods if they use the right to unilateral termination of the contract. According to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product resulting from handling the purchased product. We will replace the returned goods at your request or refund the money to your account. The costs of returning and/or exchanging goods, except in the case of a product defect, are fully borne by the customer. **Product Exchange** The customer can file a complaint about the product via the email address info@piratesheep.store and send it to the address, Ivana Granđe 41, 43000 Bjelovar. If the reason for the exchange is damaged or faulty goods, the exchange will be covered by Old Hills. If the exchange is due to the customer's preference, the customer sends the goods at their own expense. The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations under the jurisdiction of the delivery service, but will, in agreement with them, provide the best possible service to each customer. If the customer notices any damage upon receiving the goods, they are obliged to immediately file a complaint with the courier and report it in writing to the email address: info@piratesheep.store. **Right to Cancel an Order** Both the Merchant (Old Hills) and the Customer have the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, with a refund of previously paid funds. If the Merchant (Old Hills) is unable to deliver the paid goods for any reason, the customer will be offered a replacement product, and if the customer does not want it, the funds paid will be fully refunded to the customer. If the customer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days. If the customer decides to cancel the order after the goods have been sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the returned goods from the customer, less the delivery costs.
