If the exchange is due to the customer's preference, the customer sends the goods at their own expense. The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations under the jurisdiction of the delivery service, but will, in agreement with them, provide the best possible service to each customer. If the customer notices any damage upon receiving the goods, they are obliged to immediately file a complaint with the courier and report it in writing to the email address: info@piratesheep.store. **Right to Cancel an Order** Both the Merchant (Old Hills) and the Customer have the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, with a refund of previously paid funds. If the Merchant (Old Hills) is unable to deliver the paid goods for any reason, the customer will be offered a replacement product, and if the customer does not want it, the funds paid will be fully refunded to the customer.
