The General Terms and Conditions of Business regulate the relationship between the Customer and the Merchant concerning the terms and manner of ordering products, product prices, terms and methods of payment, warranty for the quality of the sold item, the Customer's right to submit a written complaint about the Merchant's products and services, the right to terminate the contract, product delivery, and other services offered by the Merchant, protection of personal and other data, and other important issues for concluding a sales contract via the internet. An integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Business are the General Terms and Conditions for the Protection of Personal Data. If the user does not agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Business and the Data Protection Notice, they are obliged to leave and not use the website www.piratesheep.store. The terms of business of the craft Creative Workshop (hereinafter referred to as Old Hills) are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14; 110/015; 14/19), Chapter III – Conclusion of contracts outside business premises and distance contracts, and represent prior notice in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Obligations Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia. Customer A customer is any visitor who purchases products through the website www.piratesheep.store in a manner regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, i.e., any person who selects at least one product, orders it, and pays for it, thus concluding a distance contract. The customer can only be an adult person capable of performing legal acts. Persons with partial legal capacity can conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The seller will not be responsible for any action contrary to this provision. Legal entities as customers are subject to the provisions of the Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act and are not covered by the Consumer Protection Act. These General Terms and Conditions apply to legal entities in the part that relates to: - price and method of payment, - main product features, - the process of concluding a contract, - description of the delivery method and delivery costs, - general information, - exclusion of liability, and - the moment of contract conclusion. Alongside the product image is a description of the main features of the product. Prices, payment terms, and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and/or payment. Photos and descriptions of individual items and their packaging may not necessarily be identical to the product. We strive to present and describe the items as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to make errors in the description and photos of the items. Contract Conclusion Process The business conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, particularly the provisions related to Distance Contracts. Purchases are made on the website www.piratesheep.store by filling out the provided form. When filling out the form, the Customer is required to enter all necessary information. The purchase can only be completed with confirmation that the Customer has previously read and understood the General Terms and Conditions, agrees with them, and is aware that this is an order with an obligation to pay. Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Old Hills is not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary for accessing the service. The Customer will be notified by email about the order confirmation and package shipment. If Old Hills is unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, the Customer will be contacted by an Old Hills representative by phone or email to arrange the delivery of a replacement product or the possible cancellation of the ordered product. Purchases are made by ordering available products that the Customer selects based on the photo and basic description. Photos are illustrative and do not always correspond to the available products in all details. Purchases are made in several simple steps, from anywhere in the world. Product search is possible according to various criteria. By entering a specific term in the "Search" bar, products related to the specified term will appear. The Customer can select a particular product they are interested in and read the available product description to independently decide if the product meets their needs. The Customer selects products from the Old Hills product catalog, which is organized by product types and collections. Product ordering is done electronically. By clicking on the "Add to cart" icon, the selected product is added to the cart. Placing products in the cart does not reserve, order, or purchase the product. The Customer can continue adding products by clicking on "Continue shopping" or complete the product selection process by clicking on "Proceed to checkout." By clicking on "Proceed to checkout", the Customer has the option to enter a gift voucher or coupon if they have one. When the Customer completes the product selection process, clicking on "Proceed to checkout" will redirect them to the page where they choose the payment method, delivery method, enter a gift voucher or coupon if they have one, and add notes. It is not possible to continue the purchase without selecting the option "I have read and agree with the Terms of Use and the website Terms", which confirms that the Customer has read and understood these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions are prior notices and apply to the conclusion of the sales contract if the Customer is a consumer or any natural person who enters into a legal transaction or acts on the market outside their trade, business, craft, or professional activity, and if the contract is concluded between the trader and the consumer within an organized system of sale or provision of services without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer in one place, using only one or more means of remote communication. Means of remote communication are all means that can be used for concluding a distance contract without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, such as the internet and email. The seller may terminate the sales contract if the Customer does not pay the purchase price and is not obliged to deliver the product until the purchase price is received unless the Customer has chosen the cash on delivery payment method. If for any reason the Customer does not accept the shipment and returns it to the seller, the seller will not attempt further deliveries. If the Customer does not receive the paid ordered products within 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the payment or 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the conclusion of the sales contract with agreed payment on delivery, they are obliged to inform Old Hills at the email address info@piratesheep.store. --- If the Customer does not receive a purchase confirmation email within 72 hours or is unable to access the service as indicated in the email, they are obliged to contact the seller at info@piratesheep.store every working day from 9 AM to 5 PM. If Old Hills, for any reason, is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, the Customer will be contacted by an Old Hills representative by phone or email to arrange the delivery of a replacement product or the possible cancellation of the ordered product. In case of problems or ambiguities during the order, the Customer can contact Old Hills at the email address info@piratesheep.store on working days from 9 AM to 5 PM. Product Prices and Payment Methods The prices of the products are listed on the website www.piratesheep.store. Old Hills reserves the right to change product prices and special offers on the website without prior notice. Prices, payment terms, and special offers are valid only at the time of order and/or payment. All prices displayed in the online store are expressed in euros for the end customer, including VAT, and are valid for payment via the online store. The price does not include delivery and postage costs. The Customer agrees to pay for the ordered products using one of the following payment methods: - Credit or debit card: The Customer can make a direct online payment using a credit or debit card.
